Hi there, tannen.

Right now, QuickBooks doesn't have the option to create Pro Forma statements as the application displays and uses the actual financial record and statuses of your business.

In line with that, we can look for a third-party application that you can integrate with QuickBooks that provides Proforma templates. There are two ways to look at an app. First, you can check out this website: QuickBooks Apps Store. Or execute the steps within your QBO account:

  1. Log in to QBO Company as an admin.
  2. Navigate your cursor to the Apps menu located from the left navigation pane.
  3. Then, select Find Apps. You will be routed to the Apps window, where you can see an application that supports QBO integration.
  4. Start looking for similar apps, or if you have something in mind, locate this by typing the application's name on the search bar.

Then, follow the on-screen instructions to connect this app to your QBO. For further guidelines with the integration, you may reach out to third-party app support.

Moreover, you have the option to use different financial reports to gain a quick overview of your business's financial progress. Additionally, I have included a resource that provides detailed instructions on how to customize these reports to your needs.
