Welcome to the Community space, Trey.

To provide you with an accurate resolution, I'll need additional information from you. How did you record the loan in QuickBooks? Was this a customer or a vendor loan?

I'll be waiting for your response. Take care!

Janbon,

Thank you for your reply 🙂

I got an advance loan on invoices that I am trying to repay (this is like factoring) but I cannot find a way to pay back the advance.

Thanks!

Allow me to assist you in ensuring you can record a repayment for your loan in QuickBooks Online (QBO), treymorice.

Depending on the purpose of the loan. You can record and keep track of loans and payments. Then, follow the steps that suit your needs. Additionally, you can follow this guide if you want to record a loan once the invoice has been funded: Record a Get Paid Upfront loan in QuickBooks Online.

Furthermore, you can also check out this article to learn how to track bills and record the payments in QBO in the future: Enter and manage bills and bill payments in QuickBooks Online.
