Hi there, estela10.

I can show you how to run a report to check the accumulated depreciation of your assets in QuickBooks Online.

But first, please keep in mind that QuickBooks Online doesn't automatically depreciate fixed assets. Depreciation must be tracked manually with journal entries. Then, you can run a quick report of the account you've set up to track each asset's depreciation.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions.
  2. Choose the Chart of accounts.
  3. In the Filter by name field, type in “depreciation”.
  4. If you see an account with “Depreciation” in the Name column, “Other Expense” in the Type column, and “Depreciation” in the Detail Type column, then click Run Report.

This report will give you a comprehensive overview of the depreciation recorded for your assets, including the accumulated depreciation. You can also personalize this report by utilizing the customization feature, here's a link for your convenience: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

If in any case you haven't set up your asset accounts and recorded each asset's depreciation, you can check the following articles for more information:

Keep me posted for follow-up questions or any QuickBooks concerns you may have. I'll be happy to assist.
