First off, let's make sure you've logged in as an admin in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Second, we'll need to check that you open the correct company file. If so, then you may proceed with the steps I've provided for us to make sure you've got the correct filter for your invoices to be found.
Here's how:
From the left panel, click Invoices under Sales.
On the invoices page, check for the filtered option under the Status dropdown.
The selected filter should be the word All.

However, if this still doesn't show on your end after following the steps. For a better experience, I'd suggest doing the steps with browsers supported by QuickBooks.
