Where is my money? my client paid me and it took 15 min to find the tranaction. where is my actual money? and why i not showinmg up in my checking account?

I understand the importance of promptly processing customer payments in QuickBooks, and I'm here to address any questions you may have.

If you're using QuickBooks Payments to receive customer payments, the deposit speeds depend on the product you're using and the type of payment. Please note that we'll deposit your first set of payments within 5 business days, as these early deposits take a bit longer while we set up your account. Once everything is set up, we'll deposit customer payments much faster.

You can check your current deposit speed in QBO by following these steps:

1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and settings.
2. Click the Payments tab.
3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

Additionally, you can review the status of processed payments within the program by going to the Sales menu and selecting Deposits. From there, you can choose the bank deposit you want to review.

Moreover, the Merchant Service Center keeps a complete record of your payment activity from all of your QuickBooks products. You can check the status of all your processed payments there.

1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
2. From the homepage, select Activities & Reports and then Deposits.
3. Choose the date range in the Dates field.
4. Click Search.

If you've checked the payment status and we've deposited the payments, that means your money is on its way. Keep in mind that some banks hold onto funds after we deposit them. At this point, you'll need to work with your bank to see if they require additional steps.
