Which roles allow someone to scan receipts to be reviewed, but not have other access to quickbooks functions?

I'm trying to set up an employee that doesn't need access to the books, just the rights to scan a receipt for our bookkeepers to review.  How do I set that up?

I can see the importance of setting restrictions for your employees in QuickBooks Online.

 

Currently, we're unable to set up a restriction that allows access to receipts only without granting access to other QuickBooks functions. I'd recommend sending feedback to our product engineers regarding this matter. They'll carefully review your idea and may consider it adding in future updates. 

 

To submit feedback:

 

  1. Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
  2. Type in your product suggestions and comments.
  3. Select Next to submit.
