Question

While iimporting my csv file when i get to the drop down choices of identifying which column has which info the drop down menus do not in fact drop down. Any advice?

To ensure optimal performance and functionality of QuickBooks Online, using a web browser or opening a browsing window while accessing the application is highly recommended. When running other programs or extensions alongside the browser, QuickBooks can slow down and cause errors, resulting in a frustrating user experience. By using a browser or opening a window, you can ensure that QuickBooks operates smoothly and efficiently. 

 

Various keyboard shortcuts are available to open a browsing window or switch to a different browser to simplify the process. For example, In Google Chrome, you can open a new Incognito window by pressing Ctrl+Shift+N. On Windows or Command+Shift+N on Mac, open a new window in your default browser. Similarly, In Mozilla Firefox, you can open a new Private window by pressing Ctrl+Shift+P on Windows or Command+Shift+P on Mac. These simple shortcuts can streamline your workflow and save time using QuickBooks Online.

 

After completing the task, you must recheck your QuickBooks account to see if you have a drop-down option. If the issue has been fixed, I recommend you clear your browser's cache to ensure the product operates smoothly. This action will help to remove any temporary files that may be causing unexpected behaviour.
