While using the app, products and services are not available to be added to invoices using the computer works fine have uninstalled and reinstalled still not working

Since uninstalling and reinstalling didn't resolve the issue, you can refresh your QBO app to fix some data issues that may have caused this error.

 

Here's how:

 

For IOS devices:

 

  1. Go to the Menu icon and press Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. If you get a prompt message, "Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes."
  4. Press Refresh to confirm.

 

For Android device:

 

  1. Go to the Menu icon, then press More Options ⋮.
  2. Select Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

 

If you still can't add product and service items to your invoice, you can try accessing your QBO account using a web browser.
