I appreciate you notifying us of your concern, @alphaedscorp. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to ensure the Ship to field shows up when printing invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

First, let's ensure you're using the correct template by clicking Customize at the bottom of the Invoice page. Then, let's go over your customization settings to confirm if the Shipping box is checked. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Locate the invoice template and click Edit under the Action column.
  3. Go to the Content tab and click the header section of the sample template.
  4. On the Display section, check the Shipping box.
  5. Click Done.

If the Shipping box appears checked, let's isolate the issue by accessing your account in an incognito browser. You can refer to these keyboard shortcuts:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

Once resolved, return to your original browser and clear its cache or switch to a different compatible browser. It could be a temporary issue with QBO or the window you're using.

Once paid, record the invoice payment in QBO fully or partially to ensure your books are accurate and up-to-date.

Let me know whenever you need further assistance with invoices. We'll always be glad to help. Take care and have a good one!
