Why am I getting the message "Quickbooks bill pay isn't available for your business?"

It also reads "This may change in the future, but right now you're not eligible to use Bill Pay."  Why?

This means they didn't approve your QBO account to use QB Billpay. You can sign up for a free Melio account to integrate with QBO as another option.

Thank you, I’m having the same problem but the customer service person I spoke with said there was nothing to be done about it. Can you give us a sense of what the criteria are? (She didn’t know). Is Melio a good option?
