Why am I only able to view recent customers?

I am only able to see customers that I added from my phone recently. When I get on the computer I can see them.

Hi there, newvisiongutter. I can help you troubleshoot your app to ensure your customers will show up in the QuickBooks mobile app.

 

Sometimes, cache-related issues can cause the QB mobile app to load incorrectly. As a result, this has caused your customers not to show up.
 
Here's how:
 
For iOS:

 

  1. Go to Settings on your mobile phone.
  2. Tap General, then click iPhone Storage.
  3. Hit the QuickBooks Online app. Then, click Offload App.

 

For Andriod:

 

  1. Go to Menu, then tap More Options.
  2. Click Settings, then select Refresh Data.
  3. Hit YES to confirm.

 

In the meantime, you can access QuickBooks through your web browser to manage transactions or perform any QuickBooks-related tasks.
