I appreciate you posting your concern here in the forum, @llt.

I'm pleased to share information about the deposit time for ACH payments to your vendors.

In QuickBooks Online, bank payments usually take 5-7 business days to deliver your funds to your Vendor. It's except for weekends and holidays. Also, please note that third-party delays will affect the delivery time.

On the other hand, for a seamless integration of your bill payments with QuickBooks, consider checking out this resource for more information: Learn about QuickBooks Bill Pay.

Can anyone tell me what tier I need to be at in order for my vendors to get normal 2-3 ACH payments, instead of 11 days? 5 to 7 days is not what is happening for me. We are no longer using bill, so there is no third party. Thanks for any additional support.

I appreciate your patience in using ACH payments, @llt. Let me share with you some information about deposit speeds in QuickBooks.

Please note the following payment processing times for standard delivery:

  • ACH: 3-5 business days
  • Check: 8-10 business days

If you are a QuickBooks Bill Pay user who meets the eligibility criteria, you can choose Faster ACH Payments to schedule bill payments. They can be paid in one business day, excluding weekends and federal holidays. For example, if you schedule a bill settlement with the Faster ACH payment for Tuesday, December 12th, the payment will be made to your vendor on Wednesday, December 13th.

You'll need to contact our experts to apply for faster ACH payments. They'll provide you with the necessary processing details and verify if you're qualified. Please refer to this article for further instructions: Contact Payments Support.
