It's good to see you here in the Community space, accuritietires. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get around this issue so you can send a one-invoice email.

Does this happen to all of your customers? One possible reason why this is happening is due to server issue or you add a Carbon Copy for your customer

However, if you didn't add CC for that customer, we can log into an incognito window or private browser to fix this. This mode doesn't save your browsing history, which can sometimes cause issues with the software.

Here's how to access incognito mode in some of the most commonly used web browsers:

  •  Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + N

Once logged in, try to send an invoice again. If things are working, then it's likely the browser that's causing the issue. It can be fixed by clearing your cache and cookies. You can also switch to a different supported browser.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our customer support team. They have the necessary tools to check your account.

Additionally, I've added this article so you can run a report to have a glimpse of the financial standing of your business: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you have further questions or concerns about emailing invoices. Stay safe!
