Welcome to Community, @sarahmfain.

I'll help get your invoices sorted out. Let's make sure your app is working properly. You'll want to reset the app to refresh it. Let me guide you how.

For iOS:

  1. Go to Help & Feedback at the top menu bar.
  2. Select Reset App Data. Then, click Refresh.

For Android device:

  1. Go to the More Options menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Tap Refresh Data, and then click Yes.

After that, check your invoices again. If you're experiencing the same result, you'll want to uninstall and then re-install the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) application.

In case you need help with other QBSE-related tasks, browse this link to go to the page. It has our general QBSE topics with articles: View all help for QBSE.

I'll be right here if you have follow-up questions or concerns with invoices, don't hesitate to reply. Take care and stay safe.

I tried both of these things and neither worked.

I appreciate you for keeping in touch, sarahmfain-gmail.

The steps above are used to fix issues with sorting dates and other common issues within the app. Since you're still experiencing the same thing, I encourage reaching out to our Support Team. They have extra tools that can help check your account securely and be able to help you further.

You can reach them by following the steps below:

  1. From the Assistant tab, type or say Talk to a human.
  2. If you want to connect with us directly, type or say Talk to a human.
  3. Then select your preferred support method: Message an agent (Live chat), Call an agent or Get a callback.

The details on how to get in touch with the support are outlined in this article: How to contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.

I've got your back if you need more additional help logging into your account. I'm always here to lend a hand. Have a good one.
