Why aren’t my customer addresses showing up on the schedule in time workforce app? They are in QuickBooks correctly

The address will only show if your location is turned on, Charles. I suggest turning on your GPS or location for it to be visible.

 

Employees must enable location settings on their mobile devices when clocking in or switching jobs in QuickBooks Workforce. If you need to add a location for a customer or job, you can edit it in QuickBooks Time.

 

Here's how to add a job location: 

  1. In QuickBooks Time, go to Jobs or Customers
  2. Select the customer you want to edit.
  3. Enter the address under Location, and choose from the suggestions in the dropdown list.
    1. A appears next to the address after you successfully add it. 
  4. Select Save.
