Hello, @info-mybestfrien.

Let me clarify why some of your paid invoices haven’t been deposited yet.

If you have QuickBooks Payments, the first set of payments usually deposits within five business days as we set up your account. After this initial period, your payments will be processed at the regular speed.

Please note that the deposit speed can vary based on the product you’re using and the payment type.

Here’s how you can check your deposit speed in QuickBooks Online:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and pick Account and Settings.
  2. Choose the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

To check the status of your deposits and see details for each payment in your daily deposits:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to Sales, then Deposits.
  3. Select the bank deposit you want to review.

For more detailed instructions, you can refer to this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

However, if you manually paid the sales transaction in QBO, you'll need to record a bank deposit transaction to link the payment and mark it as deposited.

Additionally, here’s another helpful guide for managing your invoice payments: Take and process payments in QuickBooks Online with QuickBooks Payments.
