Hello there, hardwood.

For now, we're unable to upload receipts using Android because we have an ongoing investigation, and our engineers are actively working on it.

While our product team is currently investigating the issues you are experiencing with snagged receipts in QuickBooks Online, I suggest reaching out to our Support Team to have them include you in the list of affected users. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your new QBO account.
  2. Go to the Help icon.
  3. In the Search tab, click Contact us.

While waiting for the solution, you can upload the receipts using a web browser or an iPad. Below are the lists of the supported web browsers:

  • Google Chrome: version 78 or newer
  • Mozilla Firefox: version 76 or newer.
  • Microsoft Edge: version 79 or newer
  • Safari: version 12 or newer (Mac only)
  • Opera: version 68 or newer
  • Samsung: version 10 or newer

I've gathered several articles that can serve as guides for you when uploading and emailing receipts:

Please know that we aim to provide you with new information as soon as possible. Post again if there's anything else you need about uploading data and any other information in QuickBooks.

I spoke to support yesterday and they apparently have done an update that broke this part of the program. I hope they get it fixed soon.

I don't understand why updates are not tested before they are released.

I know I can do this other ways, but I don't carry all those other ways with me. The reason I use QB is that it is on my phone and is convenient,  or was convenient and hopefully will be again soon.
