It lists the invoices that are available to be funded but when I click the "Action" button "Get funded" it comes right back to the same screen.

I'm dropping by to ensure you can use the Get Paid Upfront feature of QuickBooks Online and help you keep going with your task, @clharristranspor.

Users with an active QuickBooks subscription and QuickBooks Payments are eligible for this feature. Also, invoices can be qualified to use the Get Paid Upfront if they meet the following criteria:

  • You sent the invoice using QuickBooks.
  • You have enough available credit remaining.
  • The invoice total is $258 or more.
  • The invoice isn't more than 30 days past due.

If you've checked all the requirements and still encounter the issue, I recommend performing these troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem. Sometimes, stored browser files can cause issues and hinder the proper functioning of features.

To rule out potential webpage issues, Let's access your account through an incognito or private browsing window. It will bypass cached data and browser extensions that could interfere with the feature. You can use these shortcut keys to open a private browsing session in different browsers:

  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once you've launched a new private browsing session, access your QuickBooks Online account and check if the Get Paid Upfront feature works. If it functions properly, proceed to clear your browser's cache. This process will resolve the issue and help the program run smoothly. You can also use other devices and supported browsers as alternatives.

Moreover, I'll provide these articles to guide you when using the feature:

I'm all ears if you have something else you'd like to raise related to receiving payments in QuickBooks. If you require assistance handling your entries, paychecks, or other tasks, please leave a comment below, and I'll be happy to help you.
