Why can I only deposit 7 checks in 5 days?

Will not let me deposit a check from a customer. Says can only deposit 7 checks in 5 day.had trouble taking debit payments as well today so not sure if it is do to the same reason.  But why? That will not work for me I take multiple payments a day.

  1. Open your QBO account via the web browser and select the Help menu.
  2. Next, go to the Search tab and click Contact Us.
  3. From there, enter a brief description of your issue. Example: Cannot process check deposits in QBO and receive an error message about check deposit limits. 
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Then, click the Start a Chat / Chat option.

I try to deposit a check.. it says whoops there's a error. Then a scrren pops up and says I can only deposit 5 checks within 7 days. There are no shown error codes thats all it says.. so im very confused at why I'm limited to 5 checks within 7 days. I have a lot of customers that are elderly and write checks. So this limit is just not going to work for me. Really need a answer asap on what I need to do to get this changed or if it is policy may have to bank elsewhere

Actually it is 5 checks in 7 days. I do not understand why I'm limited to that and really need a solution.. I have a lot of customers that are elderly and pay by check. Hopefully someone can help me quickly.
