Why can’t I deposit checks

Please know that mobile check deposits aren't available to all customers. You can locate the option to Deposit checks upon clicking Get Money once you're eligible. Also, please ensure that you meet the depositing requirements and that funds aren't needed immediately.

On the other hand, if you mean regular checks processed outside of QBO, checks cannot be deposited if the Paid to the Order of line (your name) is blank on the check. Also, please ensure all necessary information is present--the payee, check amount, and the payer's signature.
