Why can't I make invoices in the iphone app suddenly?

Keep getting error 
"That didn't work
Call succeed but payload is empty"
On two employees' phones. Have reinstalled and deleted data and it still won't work.

    1. Navigate to the Help icon in the upper right of your company to open the support window.
    2. In the Search tab, type a brief description of your concern in the field box and click the Contact Us button to view the support options.
    3. Choose Chat to initiate a conversation and Callback to speak with an agent.

    I have an android device and I am having the same problem. QuickBooks is terrible at rolling out fixes for bugs in their software.

    First, have you performed some basic troubleshooting steps for your Android device? If not, I recommend resetting the app to help resolve the issue.

     

    Here's how:

     

    1. Go to Menu, then tap More Options.
    2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
    3. Tap YES to confirm.
