I appreciate you for bringing your experience to our attention, yia. Allow me to provide some proactive solutions to print your invoices accordingly.

The browser's cache can affect your experience when printing your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To isolate the issue, let's try to access your account through a private window and print your entries from there. The procedure can assist in removing any cache-related issues that may have caused the problems. You can save time by using either of the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Press CtrlShift N
  • Safari: Press Command Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CtrlShift P

Once logged in, reprint your invoices to see the result.

  1. Click on Sales at the left pane, then tap on Invoices.
  2. Locate the transaction, then select Print from the Action column.
  3. Select the printer icon to proceed.

If it works, return to your default browser and clear the cache to refresh the system. However, if you're getting the same experience, try using another compatible browser to narrow down the result.

You can also get help with the most common printing issues in QBO from this article: Fix QuickBooks Online printing issues on browsers for Windows.

On the other hand, you may run through the resources from this article for more hints while working with your invoices in our system: Create invoices in QuickBooks Online.

Once your customers settle their dues, record the payments through the Receive Payment window.
