Why can’t I print my invoices anymore?

There are different ways you can print invoices in QuickBooks Online, seblouin. I'll walk you through the process.

If you're using the old invoice layout, you can select the Print or Preview option in your invoice template. On the other hand, click the Print or Download button if you have the new invoice layout. Please see the screenshots below for visual references:

Moreover, you can also go to the Invoices page and print the transaction there. I'll show you how:

1. Go to the Sales menu, then choose Invoices.
2. Find the invoice in question.
3. Hit the dropdown button in the Action column.
4. Select on Print.

Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to identify if it's related to browser issues. First, repeat the activity using an incognito window or a private browser. The keyboard shortcuts are as follows:

• Safari: Command + Shift + N
• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

If it's successful, return to your regular browser and clear your browser's history to start afresh. If not, use a different supported browser because the QuickBooks version you're operating now may have a temporary malfunction.
