If those transactions aren't showing on the All Sales page, it's because it will only show the last 365 days of data. Otherwise, you can generate a report showing your previous sales transactions.
Here's how:
Select the Reports menu.
In the Find report by name field, search for Transaction List by Customer.
Choose the date range.
Click Run report.
I'm also adding this resource to help personalize your statement. This will help add a filter to show specific accounts or customers or format the layout so the right data shows up in the right place: Customize report.
Moreover, you can memorize a report to allow you to save it with its current customization settings.

Let’s go over to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) to rectify your concerns about estimates and invoices. Following the steps provided by my colleague, Rubielyn_J, should enable you to locate your past estimates and invoices. However, please ensure you filter the correct dates according to the dates of the transactions.
If you’re unable to locate so, I recommend performing troubleshooting steps. These fixes get rid of typical issues that could make the application behave strangely, which limits QBO's ability to function.
To open an incognito window, you can follow these keyboard shortcuts:
Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browser)
Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome browser)
Press keys: Command + Shift + N (Safari browser)
Once done, please log in to your account to a regular browser. After that, I suggest deleting your browser cache to refresh the system. If the same thing happens, I recommend using other supported browsers. This way, we can identify if this is a browser-integrated issue.
QB online is so much more difficult. The desk top version you could easily find past estimates and invoices. Why do I need ot run a report just to look back a few estimates ago. I was force to go to online and do not like it at all.
