Why can’t I send or create invoices on my phone anymore

I’m not sure what happened after the update but I cannot send or create invoices in my phone anymore and in the shortcuts there is no customer tab to let me see by customers

The QuickBooks system may occasionally display unusual behavior as a result of synchronization or latency issues. To troubleshoot these errors, clearing the application's data can be an effective solution. Here are the steps to take:


For iOS:
 

  1. In Settings, click General.
  2. From the iPhone Storage, select QuickBooks Online app
  3. If done, choose Offload App

 

For Android:

 

  1. From Menu, tap More options ⋮.
  2. Hit Settings and Refresh Data
  3. After that, select Yes to confirm.

Thank you but I think something is up cause nothing is populating in my app on Phone or desktop I’m not sure why
