Why can't I use spreadsheet sync to move reports that i have customized in QBO to excel????This is a big weakness in QBO

If you're done, I'd like to know if there's an error showing when you try the Spreadsheet Sync in your customized report so we can determine the right way to fix it. 

However, there's a known popup message as the OLE Action error: This message appears when downloading large data sets or due to a slow internet connection.

These are the things you need to do:

• If the download takes longer than 90 seconds, select OK/Proceed and wait until the process completes.
• Do not cancel the download.
