Why can't the discount on an invoice pull in from another system?

We use JobBoss2 (formerly E2) and can set up discounts that show and discount the invoice total property in that system, but when the invoice is pushed to Quickbooks, the discount disappears and has to be entered manually. 
This gets missed and causes frustrations for our customers.

Please know that QuickBooks Online depends on the data that your third-party app sends to us. To resolve this issue, we suggest reaching out to the app's support team to check if they're compatible with our system. At the same time, they can further investigate this matter. They have all the necessary tools and resources to identify the root cause of this problem.
