If you're referring to being incapable of performing instant deposits for a long-term customer, please know that Instant Deposits can only be used 5 times each day. The deposit limit is then only up to $25,000 per day, which could be why you aren't able to use the instant deposit process
If you mean being inability to receive the deposit, this has been identified as an ongoing issue. Allow me to route you to our support team to assist you further.
I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team so they can add you to our notification list. This will help our engineers determine the number of affected users. You'll also receive updates through email once the issue is resolved.
Here's how:
Open your QuickBooks Account.
At the top right, click the Help icon.
Choose the Assistant section.
Type your concern about the instant deposit issue in the Type something field.
Click Talk to a human.
Click I still need a human.
Click the Get help from a human.
You'll be routed into the How can we help? page. Then, select either Start a chat or Get a callback and fill in the information.
