Why cant I see invoices or estimates from my mobile app?

There used to be estimate and invoice shortcuts on my app but they are no longer there.

The mobile app for QuickBooks Online is designed to provide users with convenient access to their essential financial data and basic functionalities on the go. With that said, the QuickBooks Online Mobile App allows users to create invoices and estimates. 

 

To view invoices and estimates, I recommend clearing the app data to refresh their app and remove outdated files since they might experience unusual behavior if their cache is full.

  

Here are the steps to clear your app data:

 

For Android device

 

  1. Open your device Settings.
  2. Select Apps (varies by device).
  3. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
  4. Select clear data.

 

 For iOS device

 

  1. For your phone Settings, tap General,
  2. Choose iPhone Storage.
  3. Select the app that's taking up a lot of space.
  4. Press Offload App.

However, we can uninstall and reinstall your mobile app if you still cannot see the invoices or estimates option in the mobile app.

 

For iOS:

 

  1. Tap and hold the problematic app's icon.
  2. When the menu appears, select the Remove App option.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. At the top right, tap the Profile icon.
  3. Tap Manage apps & Manage devices.
  4. Select the name of the app you want to delete.
  5. Tap Uninstall.
