Why did my QuickBooks app change about a week ago. Invoice and estimate view changed. My logo is gone, I can no longer share via text and there is no payment options?

If you are still having problems, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Additionally, clear the app's cache files from your device to rule out any cache-related issues.

 

If you're an Android user, here are some quick steps:

 

  1. Select the menu at the top right and choose Settings.
  2. Press Refresh Data and choose Yes.

 

On the other hand, follow these steps if you're using an iOS device:

 

  1. Select the menu at the top right and then choose Help & Feedback.
  2. Click Refresh Data and Refresh.
