Why do I not get instant deposit option with some paid invoices

Initially, not all payments are eligible for instant deposits. QuickBooks reviews each transaction for eligibility and displays qualifying payments as part of your available funds. Additionally, it's important to note that you can use Instant Deposit up to 5 times each day, and your limit resets daily.

Moreover, I recommend contacting the Payments Support Team to check your account status.

 

To reach out for Support, please follow the instructions provided below:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner to open the QB Assistant window.
  2. Type in Talk to a human, then press Enter.
  3. Choose Contact Support Team, then let them know if you're eligible for Instant Deposit.
  4. Press Enter once again.
  5. Select No, I still need help, then choose Contact Support Team.
  6. Look for the Chat option and click on it.

 

QuickBooks Payments have office hours from 6 AM to 6 PM PT on Mondays to Fridays.
