I have some invoices that were paid via credit card over 4 weeks ago and still show as 'processing' and haven't deposited yet. What causes this kind of hold up?

Thank you for raising your payment concern here in the Community, beegoodgardensco.

Timely deposit processing is important to ensure the smooth operation of a business. Let me offer you some valuable insights regarding the funding time for your deposits.

For new QuickBooks Payments users, the funds will be deposited within five business days after your first payment. The initial deposits may take longer as we configure your merchant account. Once the setup is finished, the payments will be deposited more quickly, typically within two business days.

Since it's already beyond the period stated above, review your email to determine if there are any payment issues. You can check your email settings if you don't see any messages from us.

If you haven't received an email, it's best to get in touch with our Payments Support Team for further assistance. They can access your account in a secure space. Our experts will investigate the delay in deposits and guide how to address the issue.
