I can help you view your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @john-lucich.

First off, are you trying to view an invoice via the View/Edit menu? If so, please note that we're currently investigating an issue where the page freezes and users are unable to edit invoices. Our development engineers are working hard to resolve this issue as soon as possible. That said, I recommend contacting our support team to have you listed among the affected users and for you to receive timely updates through email. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select Help (?) then click Contact Us
  3. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

On the other hand, if you're trying to view an invoice through the Print/Preview menu, we can go ahead and check if it's a browser-related issue. We can start by opening your account in a private window as it ignores historical data. These are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If your screen no longer freezes, it's likely caused by your browser. You'll want to clear your regular browser cache. If the issue persists, you may need to use another supported browser.

I'll keep an eye out for your response in the comment section should you have more invoice and QuickBooks-related inquiries. We're available for you 24/7.
