Why does my style of invoice keep changing?? sometimes it gives me the option to change back to old layout and sometimes it doesn't. I had to upgrade to get old layout

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Once you have opened the browser window, log in to your QuickBooks account and see if the switch to the old layout button is available. If it is, proceed to clear your browser's cache. This process removes and fixes specific issues and helps the program run flawlessly. Additionally, you can use other devices and supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected.
