why does QuickBooks change my transactions? sometimes it changes the vendor and sometimes the amount

Thanks for reaching us in the Community, 435. Let me help you check your transactions and why they suddenly changed in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

When you save your transactions in QBO, the system will not alter them without your permission. You can inquire with your employees to see if they have modified any information in the transaction.

Also, QBO keeps track of your activities in the audit log. You can check on the Audit log to see who made changes to your account and what they did.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under the Tools section, select Audit log.
3. Check the information and see who changed it under the USER section.
4. To view it, click View.
