Why have I not received an apple payment from my customer

Let me share some information about receiving your customers' payments through QuickBooks.

 

First, it would be helpful to know when your customer has made a payment through Apple Pay. The amount will be credited to your account by the next business day. 

 

Additionally, you'll receive an email confirming your customer has paid you. If you can't see it in your inbox, check your spam messages. If you've been notified that your customer has paid you, but the money hasn't entered your account after the next business day, I recommend reaching out to Merchant Services Support. They can give you further assistance regarding your concern.
