Why have my paychecks stopped showing up in my checking account?

I've been using quickbooks on line for 2 months. No problems until now. I had to delete a check and now no checks show up in the check register.

Let's run some troubleshooting steps to fix why there are no checks on the bank register.

 

To begin with, let's log into your account through an incognito window to isolate the possibility of a browser-related issue. You can use these keyboard keys to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Control Option P

 

If you're able to see the checks you want to delete, you may continue from there, or you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages.

 

You can also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.

 

Just a heads up, if you delete the paychecks manually, you'll have to recreate them with the correct pay period and paycheck date.
