Why I cannot see more details about our bills?Can you show me more informations about it?

Hello there, Mia. I'm here to ask for further information about the details you are trying to see in your bills in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you're referring to the bill page not displaying any details, as shown in the picture below, click the arrow icon to expand the view and see all the contents.

On the other hand, if you're referring to the missing columns for Category details and Item details, it's possible that the option to display them is turned off. To enable these columns, you can adjust the settings. Here’s how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
2. Choose the Expenses tab.
3. In the Bills and expenses section, click the Pencil icon to expand the view.
4. Toggle the buttons you want to show as a column on the bill page.
5. Once done, click Save then Done.

Additionally, you can run reports to get a comprehensive overview of your business finances.
