We've got some troubleshooting steps we can perform to send the payment link for your customers in QuickBooks Online (QBO), ua7711512.

We can access the payment link from your QBO account in an incognito or private window. This allows us to determine whether the problem is due to browser caching. Too much data stored in the browser causes inconsistencies that affect your account's performance. Using a private window helps to verify the issue as this doesn't save any data.

To open a private window, you can refer to these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome browser
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browsers
  • Command + Shift + N for Safari browser

Then, create and send the payment link again by following the steps below:

  1. Select Sales, then Payment links.
  2. Select Create a link.
  3. Select the kind of link you want to create, then select Next.
  4. If you want to add your business name to your payment link, select Customize now and then enter the following:
  5. When you're ready, tap the Create link.

If it works, clear the cache in your default browser to refresh the system. We can also use other supported browsers to narrow down the issue.

I've attached a video for your reference about using payment links in QBO:
