Why I haven’t received a deposit in two weeks from an paid invoice

I know how challenging and confusing it is when dealing with Undeposited Funds in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Please know that we are aware of how this may disrupt your business activities in your QuickBooks Online account. I'd be glad to offer some assistance with your delayed deposit question. For new users, we will process and deposit your initial set of payments within five business days. The deposit speeds will vary depending on the specific service you are using, and the type of payment involved. To check the current deposit speed, here's how:

1. Go to Settings ⚙ and click Account and Settings.
2. Select the Payments tab.
3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

You can also sign in to the Merchant Service Center to check the status of your payments. If you see a Withheld status, it says that the payment is on hold and is currently under review.

If the payment does not appear in a daily deposit, there may be an issue with the payment. In such cases, Intuit will typically email you to notify you of any problems. If you do not receive any messages from us, please check your email settings to ensure that you are properly receiving our notifications.
