I'm here to ensure you can find your customer list, kempanyent.

First, let's check if those customers were on the Inactive list. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Sales menu and choose Customers.
  2. From there, click the Gear icon beside the Export button.
  3. Check the Include Inactive box.

Once verified, you can reactivate them by clicking Make Active from the Action column.

Alternatively, you can pull up a Customer Contact List report to view all your clients.

If the issue persists, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to determine if this is just a browser-related issue. We can start by logging into your account using a private browser. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once done, pull up the customer list again. If it works, switch back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported one.

It's also possible that some other user deleted the customers. You can check the Audit Log to see the changes in your account.
