Why is my customers invoice payment not depositing in my bank account?

Quick books shows the payment, but it's not depositing in my bank account. 
It's been working fine for 9 years, but now it stopped.

I recognize that this is an unusual behavior for you, @minionsecurity. We can check your bank account register to verify these.

 

By reviewing your bank register in QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can confirm and verify if the payments are deposited properly to your account. Here's how to do it.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then Chart of Accounts.
  2. Find the bank and click View Register.
  3. Locate the payment made. 

 

If the payment isn't found in your register, please contact our payments support team so they can further check and investigate why your payments haven't been transferred. They're equipped with tools and expertise to help resolve this.
