I know this hasn't been easy for you, katech-apex-soci. Don't worry, I'm here to help you get in the right direction to fix your declined debit card.

When your QuickBooks debit card is declining despite having sufficient funds, it can be caused by various reasons. These can include spending beyond your limit or incorrect card information. If there are any changes, make sure to update it regularly. Another reason could be an expired card. Debit cards have expiration dates, so ensure your card is still valid.

Moreover, I recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Support Team about the charges. You can do so by contacting the number on the back of your QuickBooks Debit Card. They can review your account and provide exact details of why the card was declined when making the purchase. Another way to connect with them is by following the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Select Search, then press the Contact Us button.
  4. Enter your question in the box and hit Continue.
  5. Choose the best way you'll want to reach out to us.

Please know that they can only accommodate you Mondays to Fridays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
