Invoice sent but customer can’t pay

Hello there, Tiffany. I'll ensure your customer's invoices get paid in QuickBooks efficiently by performing the troubleshooting steps below.

If you sign up for QuickBooks Payments, you can send invoices to your customers to pay online. When they get the email, they can select Review and Pay or Pay Invoice to complete the payment process.

However, if your customer doesn't see Pay Now in their email, we can check your invoice settings to ensure the online payments are enabled.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and click Account and Settings under Your Company.
  2. Select Sales from the left menu.
  3. Look for Invoice payments and make sure the online payments are enabled.
  4. Click Save, then Done.
