I can explain why you have a black-and-white logo invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Brandielane.

If your logo is black and white as you print your invoice, this can be caused by an invalid file type. With this, it's best to ensure the following:

  • The logo is a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file.
  • The file size is smaller than 10 MB.
  • Have a bit depth (or color depth) of 24-bits or less.
  • Check if you're using the standard RGB color space (RGB).
  • The shape of the logo is square. Rectangles don't work.

To modify your logos, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Custom form styles.
  2. Click the Design tab, then select Make logo edits.
  3. From the lower right corner of the logo, press the plus icon.
  4. Click the plus icon to add the logo, and please ensure it follows the required file type.
  5. Once done, click Save.
  6. Click Done once you're done making changes to your sales form.
