Why is quickbooks committing fraud?

they are charging for a service and not completing the service. they are not updating my banking information, and I pay for that service

Hi @myocom7, Your experience is very important to us, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can work together on a solution.

 

All downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed are based on the information provided by your bank. In line with this, can you tell me what banking institution are you in? This is to check if we have received reported issues and provide the appropriate fixes. Also, we can manually click the Refresh All button to check for your most recent transactions.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Manage Accounts.
  2. From there, click the Refresh All icon.

 

If the issue continues, it's possible your bank may be undergoing maintenance. In that case, I recommend checking your bank’s website or contacting their customer support for more details.


Once everything is good, you can categorize your transactions to ensure your financial records are correct.
