Thanks for notifying us about the issue you encountered with estimates, @bill180. I've got some information about this matter.

In this regard, we've received and encountered similar cases or reports where emailed estimates appear as View Invoice. To address this concern, I recommend contacting our support team so they can add you to the list of affected users.

Here's how to contact us:

  1. Go to the Help menu, then select the Search tab.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern, then select Continue.
  4. Lastly, choose either Start a Chat or Get a Callback to start connecting with them.

In the meantime, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate the cause of this issue. This could be due to a browser cache affecting system performance. You can open your QBO account using an incognito or private browser. Here are some shortcut keys to help you access it more easily:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If this works, you can proceed in clearing your browser's cache or utilize other supported browsers as an alternative.
