Why isn't my snap receipts able to upload pictures over the last two days?

I've signed out and back in, deleted the app and reinstalled, verified phone service and wifi, and refreshed data in settings.

Thank you for performing the initial troubleshooting steps. These are indeed the actions we would recommend from our end as well. Having said that, I recommend reaching out to our QBO Support team, as they have additional tools to investigate why your receipts aren't uploading. They are available on weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT.

 

  1. Open your browser and sign in to QBO.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and select the Search tab.
  3. Choose Contact Us at the bottom.
  4. Enter a summary of your concern and click Continue.
  5. Choose Chat or Callback.
