Why Late fees feature is not working for one of our customers ?

we set up automatic late fee for all our customers but for one specific quickbooks doesn't calculate late fee
we tied and set up manually set up fee for this specific customer but still not working

The reason the late fees feature isn't working for one of your customers could be that it has been inadvertently turned off. To ensure this functionality is enabled, I'll assist you in navigating to the customer's profile settings.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. At the left navigation panel, select Sales.
  2. Click Customers.
  3. Choose your customer name.
  4. Select the Late Fees tab.

 

From there, you can check if this feature was enabled or disabled. If it's disabled, you can toggle it so that this customer can use the late fees feature.

 

If the issue persists, you can open your account in private browsing mode to see if this has something to do with your browser.

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

After signing in, you can double-check the late fees again. If this resolves the problem, return to your default browser and clear the cache to refresh the page. Then, start with a clean slate. Alternatively, you can also use other supported browsers.
