All of a sudden pdf copies of invoices are not being attached to reminder and past due automatic emails.  How can I fix this?

Hi there, @wiltine. Allow me to share some details about your invoice reminders in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To begin, let's review your delivery settings and check if the PDF Attached is ticked.

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Account and settings.
  2. Click Sales, navigate to Online delivery, and click the Pencil icon.
  3. Tick the PDF Attached box.
  4. Click Save.

If it's ticked, let's do some browser troubleshooting steps to see if this is a browser-related issue. Let's start opening an incognito or private browser window. You can use the following keyboard shortcuts for the most popular browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once you have opened the browser window, log in to your QuickBooks account and create a sample invoice with a PDF attached to it, then send it to yourself to see if the PDF will be included. If it is, proceed to clear your browser's cache. This process removes and fixes specific issues and helps the program run flawlessly. Additionally, you can use other devices and supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected.

After receiving the invoice payments from your customers, you can now record it to QBO.
